Hello, Swedish Cloths are handled, inspected, and shipped with care for each order.

Due to the zero waste nature of our Swedish Dishcloths and the difficulty of determining whether a customer has used it even once, these items cannot be returned.

Exceptions / Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
