Shipping policy

On occasion Hello, Swedish Cloths! offers shipping promotions, at which time domestic customers receive free shipping if they spend over a certain amount. These promotions may change periodically. Hello, Swedish Cloths! ships to Canada via Canada Post for all domestic packages. International packages may also ship via Canada Post but varies depending on the recipients location.

Shipping & Handling Charges are as follows when no shipping promotions are applied:

$2.50 flat fee for domestic, all provinces and territories within Canada

$8.00 flat fee to the USA

We use standard shipping via Canada Post (not registered mail) which means we can not offer tracking.

We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from Canada Post to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited Canada.

Packages undeliverable by Canada Post and/or their international shipping partners will be cancelled and refunded once received and processed by us at our main business location.
